No easy way to just add a favorite location. Other than that, very good. Accurate. As good as Google maps to me. I like how the posted speed limit is on the screen next to your actual speed. Large text is great for android auto, but the Map icons and map text are too tiny, even on my giant screen. No means or ways to save current location to favorites with android head unit in automobile. Press and hold does nothing. No menus or pop-ups appear. .

Update: now everything is back to normal. Since some time, the app became incredibly sluggish, especially when using it on Android Auto. The directions mirroring on the instrument cluster/HUD is also broken. All these used to work fine before the last few updates. Also, everything works as expected in other nav apps used in Android Auto (Google Maps, Sygic).

Waze is where it's at. Google maps been delayed, taking you to the wrong place or the longer route when there's a shorter route. It's been delayed very bad. But this is so awesome. You can customize your drive, you can see where the police are or crashes. I just really love it,!!

Update: 1. I have sent a mail with a pictures. No one responded 2. That annoying search bar still appears, and when in landscape mode, it appears on the bottom and it is forcing the GPS arrow to be in the middle - screenshots sent. 3. So much people complain about the search bar, and still no update.

Excellent for navigation. Best feature by far is that it's live provided by members of the community. My suggestion: better options on what you're reporting - when I click 'Report - Object', I think an additional menu to elucidate the hazard should appear. For example: 'Report - Object - Debris/Vehicle Stopped' etc.

I love this app, I have it for too many years, accurate in directions and road support. A note here:I am trying to personalized the voice for 2 years (I recorded my kids voices) but still not working unfortunately. (Android Pixel Phone)

I use this all the time on road trips or If I have to drive in DFW. So many truckers use it and it really helps you to be aware of real time situations. It's much better than Google Maps or Apple Maps on the interstates and highways.

I've downloaded and tried a few navigational apps but they've all been deleted in favour of this one. The alerts about routes, traffic conditions and obstacles ahead have been invaluable and driving is a lot less frustrating with this app

The best satnav software I have ever used. Very easy and intuitive to learn. Brings up hazards that other Waze users report. Everything from Police in the area, vehicles on the road verge, road works and even potholes. Is aware of upcoming traffic delays and diverts you accordingly. Brilliant.

Went on a road trip and it was the first time using Waze Navigation and I loved it, I went to visit a area with heavy traffic and on the way back Waze took me away and around from the bad traffic and the voice direction Waze gives are very helpful so you never get confused and always stay on route, in my opinion it's a great Navigation system and beats Google Maps by far!
