This is the only streaming app that gets it right when it comes to subtitles while using picture in picture (when you make it into the tiny window while you multitask) The subtitles actually scale down, so you able to watch and read while you complete other tasks. They also have multiple movies with ASL options! I appreciate it so much

Love Max, great variety of shows and movies. ONLY PROBLEM is Max has a problem streaming certain movies, every 10 seconds it has to stream again and again, none of my other TV streaming apps have this problem, it's next to impossible to watch certain movies on MAX. Troubleshooting has been done still there is a problem. Some movies are just fine, some movies on have this problem. Very frustrating! Hate when I want to watch a movie on MAX and it repeatedly streams

I don't know why there aren't more positive reviews. Of all the streaming apps, it's one of the best. The only one that may be better is Netflix. Picture comes through clear on the phone. There is a minor issue with picture and sound sometimes on the TV. The issue is only on certain shows. I love MAX.

it's been really great and I like that it's pretty affordable. if the yearly subscription was a bit more affordable for 12 months I'd def do the yearly. I pay a little over $60 for 12mons for paramount but every subscription is different too. dunno if I'll make it a regular subscription for me, just glad to find a place to watch other types of shows I like too.

It's one of the best streaming platforms if not the best. Pick the cheaper with-ads version because the ad time is short and you can just mute it and use the time to get your bearings straight food-and-drink-wise, pee, or collect your thoughts on what happened since much of its programming especially in some Max originals is brain-wracking.

Can't understand the bad ratings. I haven't ever had problems with any of these other reviewers, complaints. No app crashes. Short commercials not a big deal. They either have slow devices(like Amazon Fire tablets) or they're bots from another platform. All of the movies, the shows, and cartoon networks shows, are a small percentage of what the app offers. Better than Paramount, and Prime video for sure.

Now that they finally fixed the app & it's not buffering the app works perfectly before it was a nightmare most of the time I gave up & opened up Tubi. THE selection of movies & shows is great. I just wish they would keep things longer but it is what it is.

it's nice, only problem that I found is while watching the show "adventure time", but that was with HBO MAX, not this app, so maybe it's fixed. (by the way, the problem was that some letters appeared really horrible in the captions and the episodes ended in a strange way, but that happened with every cartoon network show that gone to any streaming service, like Netflix, Disney Plus or Star Plus)

Starting with HBO GO and then HBO MAX. It was advised I need to change to MAX. Just downloaded the app yesterday. The previous app HBO MAX sometimes made the screen vertical and the screen could not turn back to horizontal view. Not the case anymore. Also I have no issues with following my series. It suggests that I resume the watching. I can check other apps and it will become a small window that I can still watch without pausing and then make it full screen again. I love this new app.

I am grateful to have other programs to come to & watch some movies, series etc.. Since unfortunately a large majority of shows are no longer available on Netflix & such as well as other movies & series that are originally on max! I just wish I could find at least 85%-90% of stuff I like to watch on 1 app so I don't have 20 million subscriptions!!?
