I downloaded this app about 2 weeks ago. I haven't found any issues with it at all except my own learning curve. This is so much more convenient than dealing with the tons of quarters required to wash and dry. The app does more than start the machines . it tells you how many machines are available and how much time left to was and dry. So far it's done everything and more than expected. I give 5 stars

App is so easy to use and so convenient. Tells you what size washer and dryers they have open to use and how long it will take to run. Even gives you the option to add a timer to let you know it is done if you need to go somewhere. And the best part is when you use this app to load a washer it gives you points to go towards a free dryer.

I don't know what all the complaints are about. I'm a senior and I find it very easy to use AND it works all the time! Ask the attendant for help OR read the instructions because you must be on the laundromats Wi-Fi besides being on your data for the app.

My first time using a laundromat. The manager, Antoine, was terrific! So helpful and friendly, certainly made my first visit enjoyable. The facility was top notch. The customers were very friendly and kind to this newbie!

The new servers are great. No problems at all now. Makes doing laundry so much easier and convenient. Can you only add funds in increments of $5?

The biggest majority of the time, when you pay the wash price, you can dry at no cost. To get the maximum drying benefit, use a dryer that has a bigger capacity.

Great! The app is fantastic easy to use and I love the points program and laundrolab has friendly service and everything is sanitized which is a super big plus so thanks to Tony and all that

This is the best app ever!!! Love getting the free dryers. Just wish one account would work for all locations. Thanks for a great way to do laundry....add the money on payday and ready for wash day.

This app is really easy to use. I love the fact you can earn points to go towards doing your clothes. It helps out a lot when you're tight on money 😁
