it's amazing!! they have tons of features aswell as advanced protection against malware,phishing,cyber attack in general it's been a blast so far!! try and check back if I ever find somthing I don't like, aswell for my 1.5 gigabit speed router.. I've been able to get at least 7-8% more speed then my plan supplies. Ontop, I currently have roughly 30ish devices out of the 100+ they support so I'm my opinion there service along with devices I can't argue with x)

Started receiving a "Sorry, That didn't go as planned" error. Tried to sign out and log back in, wipe app data, reinstall app. Nothing worked. Took a breather, tried again next morning, and all was good.

This app is great. You can monitor all devices connected to you're wifi. Control their usage or who connects to your network

The app is super easy to use. I I quickly figured out how to set bedtimes and monitor usage and such for my kids devices. The problem I am having is it is telling me the pods are all connected and working properly but none of our devices are connecting to them. Even when the WiFi is barely working while sitting right beside the pod.

so far so good. allows control over all devices on my network. shows whats connected, what isnt connected, shows the usage of each device. Great for when a device (gaming laptop) needs more bandwidth, simply pause devices not needed at the moment.

The app doesn't have the same settings as my xb6...as an example I have my 2.4 band disable and it is but the app shows that it's on...I am sure these are minor fixes and bugs. Other than that! Pretty convenient app at the palm of your fingertips

I am able to pause the internet for an hour or the day. I can change the password without having to go through the provider. If there is a slow connection, I can reboot the modem from my phone. It's amazing how advanced this is, the app is easy to use.

It's been great to use, i can manage my kids online time and set offline tomes all through the app. Easy to get to and manageable, it crashes at times but almost rarely. I recommend it.

Very easy to use and sex up. Technitians were quick to keep your appointments on time. They would also be very friendly and polite. Go the problem quickly. Also chat is very easy to use and you are attended to in a quick fashion.

Easy to navigate through the app. Self-explanatory and manageable to get where you want to go. I would rate it 10 stars if even possible. I'm just glad I found out about this app when they sent me an e-mail saying there is a new app other than "My Shaw". Cheers -John
