I rely solely on food delivery apps to eat, being that I'm without a vehicle at the time, so I really appreciate the fact that Doordash app makes things quick and easy to get my food delivered, on top of it being pretty affordable as well. Even if there's ever been a problem with any of my orders, it's been a pretty simple and straightforward process to get things made right. Would recommend, have recommended, do recommend. 👍

If you're semi - or totally home bound, this becomes one of the helpful apps. Occasionally, mistakes are made by everyone (vendor, driver, and customer), but it all seems to work out in the end. When that happens, CS has been pretty good in compensating for loss. The app falls a little behind the usage curve in grocery inventory in providing items that occasionally aren't in stock. The "substitution" process can get kind of nuanced even with good drivers - but it can work.

Review #2 5 stars...stuff happens but doordash always makes up for any discrepancy with any order which is helpful when you're feeding little ones and teens who are picky who don't get their food the way they've ordered it. It can go down hill quick. So I appreciate every time a customer rep can understand the situation and help in a timely manner.

It's a good app overall but the fees are kinda high and also my app (not sure about others) time doesn't like up with real time, I may place a order at 545 and it will say things like arriving by 503 . It's a bit annoying because dashers miss a chance to make some funds and I'm without food because it tells the dasher too late or has incorrect times.

I think it is fantastic that door dash has different payment options. The only small thing I would suggest is the adjust pin for address. Everytime it is moved, it moves back to original spot. so annoying.

Really happy the range got expanded in my area. There are lots of choices now and the app makes it easy to save and earn credits. Dashers in my area are very good and we love using the app for pickup orders as well.

the dashers in my area are always awesome. friendly, polite, and careful. I'm super lucky this is available. We're in a very rural area. we are luckier that the doordash workers in my area are so great at what they do. I have a 5-year-old and an infant, so getting to the store isn't always an option. doordash has added convenience to my life in ways I hadn't imagined, lol. thank you guys so much ❤️

I have had a couple of issues the last couple of orders. My last order it showed my doordasher going in the wrong direction when they were alresdy at the store waiting for my order, and the most recent time my door dasher had to call me because they couldn't see the location of the store where my order was placed. Might be a bug im not sure :) not a bad review just something that may need to be fixed

I am such a huge fan of Door dash! It is very convenient and quick. The Dashers are helpful and courteous. I recommend anyone with any issues getting to the store or having the time to shop, give this a try. It's a lifesaver!

Straightforward and great tracking. I can see where my driver is and where there are in the delivery process. Easy to use UI, although it would be nice to have times displayed for working hours based on location. Never had an issue with a delivery that wasn't fixed with a phone call. A great service indeed.
