It was the first time I used bb for on-line order. Experience was very good. Procedure (Software) is easy for selecting the product, adding the product in cart with quantity and price, viewing the cart and checking the items and their billing price , total amount to be paid, option of editing the cart items before payment and finally the mode of payment you opt. Overall excellent with no delivery charges and quick delivery.

A useless app. No products on display on any of the categories in the menu. What good is an shopping app when I can't even see any products on display. Uninstalling it right away. The above review was given when bigbasket started. Currently this is my family's go to app for purchasing groceries and other items and we love all its features.

I'm shopping on Bigbasket from almost a decade. Tried others just for variety, but no one seems as efficient and consistent. Bigbasket holds this monopoly in a way I would say to deliver the best, deliver on time, and stock a huge variety of products. If there's an issue with quality, which rarely happens, they instantly refund your money, which is not so with other shopping apps. Offers are straight without any conditions, and pricing is perfect, "Keep it up..Bigbasket, you're the best!"

Show per kg price of items. Add veg only, delivery time and out of stock filters. Add option to create custom list for a recipe so that i can add to cart from list. Add option to sign out from all devices. Add option to save location on map, so its easier for delivery executive to find my address. When an order is cancelled and rescheduled, all items in cart should be transferred to save for later. Show nutritional info. Add the option to transfer items from bbnow to supersaver and vice versa.

I've been using bigbasket across 3 cities and there has never been a major problem as of yet. I like that they are environmentally forward in limiting carry bags and using biodegradable plastic. Would suggest everyone to give bb a try reduce waste that comes with convenience.

I've been ordering groceries online for years, and it's the best! The website is super user-friendly and explains everything in detail. And the best part is that I get my groceries delivered the next day. It's so convenient!

Horrible feature of forcing update by popup. Who's idea is this!. Causing irritation. Price of many items are best in market 👍👌. I still wonder if organic labelled products are truly organic and free from pesticides at any level. if that is assured then organic products from bigbasket are priced far better than other competitors. I will definitely prefer organic products. BB is now my first choice grocery shopping app.

Tata ji🙏🙏🙏Great app... Just a request- if you keep covering more areas, like my locality is included recently. Good discounts🙏. But This bbwallet thing is like a messy game you seem to play. You adjust the weight of ordered items and clear that debt from a new order!!?? Why?? If I have ordered bananas for 20 then please give me bananas worth 20. Why do you send them worth 25? Then extract that debt from a new order. I do not like this feature!

It's now is real avtar. Last 3 days it's app was in no mood to open after several attempt. Their email confirmation said it's operational and requested me to send me a screenshot. But now it is absolutely good okay. I opened this app Their payment gateways improved significantly. Now on 3/7/24 UPI payment is very good👍
